The slab behind Pinnacle Reserve came from a lone Bastogne walnut that spent decades soaking up Oregon rain and winter sun, its heartwood knitting together dense ribbons and dark fire. When the tree was finally milled, one slab stood out-figured unlike any other. This exceptional slab features the prized Bastogne walnut—a rare hybrid known for its stunning color variation and distinctive grain. The natural contrast between heartwood and sapwood creates an organic masterpiece that no two pieces can replicate. Black epoxy resin fills natural voids and cracks, creating a smooth, durable surface that celebrates the wood's natural imperfections. The custom steel base provides both modern sophistication and rock-solid stability, powder-coated for lasting durability.
